30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it:
- Unused and unworn
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Process
If your return is accepted, we will provide:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return first. Once accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
EU 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without justification. As with standard returns, the item must be:
- Unused
- With tags
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
